Bread making courses


We teach you to make wholesome organic bread which we then cook in the old wood-burning oven... Just like the old days! It is a practical course using the sourdough method.

We make different types of bread, some using aromatic herbs and various cereals, wheat, spelt, rye and barley.

Courses begin at 10:30am and finish at 3pm. In the summer months the course may be held in the evening from 4:30pm to 9:30pm.

Cost is 70 euros per person or 50 euros for children, lunch or dinner included.

At the end of the course, we all sit down and eat together!
